Gagik Grigoryan is the Founder and Managing Partner of GP Management Advisory, leading the firm since 2019. He is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Company, overseeing assignment planning and quality delivery, and building strong relationships with shareholders, partners, regulators, and international stakeholders.

With over 15 years of professional experience in audit, advisory, governance, and risk management, Gagik has held senior leadership roles in international firms, including Grant Thornton Armenia and Grant Thornton Belarus Advisory, where he served as Executive Director. He also led the Internal Audit function at C-QUADRAT Asset Management for nearly nine years, providing independent assurance on governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.

His expertise spans internal and external audit, financial due diligence, business strategy development, valuation, feasibility studies, and risk advisory. He has led complex assignments across Armenia and the wider region, managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering high-impact advisory projects for both private and public sector clients.

Gagik is a Fellow Member of ACCA (FCCA), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Certified Sarbanes–Oxley Expert, and a Project Management Professional (PMP). He currently serves as a Board Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Armenia, contributing to the development of the profession nationally.
