As per the Government decree #1125-Լ issued by the Republic of Armenia on July 6, 2023, diverse methods of financial support for bond and equity issuers are outlined.
The primary provisions include:
- The Government will offer one-time subsidy equaling to 2% of the nominal value of the issued bonds (up to a maximum of 30 million AMD).
- An annual subsidy of 3% of the bond's nominal value (up to a maximum of 45 million AMD for a 12-month period).
- 50% coverage of the expenses incurred in the first year for obtaining ratings from international organizations.
- 80% coverage of the verifiable costs associated with equity issuance.
